Fees way out of line with other companies and when I wrote numerous times and queried the charge no one bothered to answer my query of why I was charged so much.

Hi Sandy, looking at our system - I see that this was a quoted job which you accepted before the work was performed. I see that 8m's of piping was replaced in your ceiling.
