OVER CHARGED AND DISCOUNTS NEVER MENTIONED.....

I've always paid around R600 - 800 to unblock a drain, I got an account of R1698.55 which is double then what I'm use to paying. As the current place I normally used was fully booked today. I think this should be advised before just sending someone out, never was any charged ever told upfront, just got a call, someone on there way. So i called just to find out what they charge, I was told R1689.55, but I also read on there website, if you pay as they are about to leave, you get 10% of and my account should of been R1521.00 Hiding prices and discounts eligible for customers should be transparent and not hidden like I experienced with Drain Surgeon. 1st and last
