Non Compliant Installation

I am writing to complain about the poor service, non-compliant installations, and zero after-sales service that I have received from Drain Surgeon. I had my geyser installed by Drain Surgeon. The installation was not compliant, and as a result, my warranty is not covering the damages. When I contacted Drain Surgeons to complain, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Instead, they spoke to me as if I was stupid, because I am a woman what do I know. I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from Drain Surgeon. I would not recommend them to anyone. I urge other consumers to be aware of the poor service that Drain Surgeons provides. If you are considering using their services, I recommend that you do your research and read reviews from other customers before making a decision.
