No-Show and Lack of Communication on Urgent Call-Out”
I logged a call at 10:00 today for an overflowing waste line spilling into the garden. I was told your team would call within an hour to get the estate access code.
10:00 — I phoned in; promised a call within an hour for the gate code. 13:00 — I requested feedback; no response. 14:30 — My wife called; told the team was “slightly delayed” and would arrive soon. 16:00 — I phoned again; told I’d get a call back. 17:00 — With no arrival or update, I cancelled.

30 Sept 2025, 10:40Please accept our apology for the clear lack of communication with yourself once your job was logged. On this particular day we were surprised with 6 burst geysers which tied up our teams for longer than we anticipated. We realise that this is certainly not good enough and that their is no excuse for the lack in communication. We apologise profusely.
