No response to complaint on unsatisfactory work

I logged a service request on the 09/04 as we have been having a bad smell coming from our main bathroom and going into the house. Drain surgeon's response was swift and they dispatched two plumbers( Tshepo and Aaron) the following day, who did the following:<br> <br> Cleaned the drains, and poured something down the drains which damaged our baths and basin. <br> They also helped in fitting a flushing system in our main toilet. <br> <br> All these did not help solve the initial problem of the smell.<br> <br> We complained and they despatched another plumber by the name of Jeff , who came and placed a rubber on the pipe connecting the toilet to the sewer system. The smell went down a bit except that two days later the same toilet that was patched started leaking again and the sewer fumes still continue lingering in the house.<br> <br> On monday the 20th I sent an email to their offices ( Kathy), and to date we have not received any response or feedback on way forward. <br> <br> I would like Drain Surgeon to resolve the issue ASAP, as i already mentioned to them that the house is uninhabitable and the smell is affecting our health negatively.
