No quotation to date - false promises

I have not yet received the quotation as promised on 15 September 2017 close of business day.

I called numerous times and was promised it will be sent.

I need to make an urgent decision on the plumbing state at my house and it does not help if the quotation is late.

I am really disappointed in the service received.
