No Communication, No Arrival of plumber
Totally *********** receptionist, no communication within the dispatch department and no notification that the plumber was going to miss our appointment. These guys are very good at demanding an exorbitant hourly rate, but who is going to pay me for my wasted time? The Drain Surgeon? I think not...
