Misleading quotes !!
Be careful using these guys , excellent equipment BUT their telephonic quote means nothing , was quoted R675 for first hour and received an invoice for R1200 for the 1st hour !!!! , their excuse was that the HP machine was more expensive than using rods (the rods they brought was not up to the job and way too short and after 10 min they opted for the HP machine not informing me it would cost more ). Nowhere in the telephonic quote did anyone inform me that if they use their HP machine the rate would be double !!! Complained and did received a pensioners discount but the final invoice still came to R1200 !!! Insist on a written quote before using these guys !!!

We explained all the drain unblocking methods for the different applications and rates (Rodding, auger, and High Pressure Jetting) to you over the phone. We also then informed you that we would first attempt to clear the drain by Rodding & Plunging as this is the more cost-effective method. We were unsuccessful, so we proceeded to use the high-pressure Jetting machine. In this case, the latter proved to be successful. Our plumbers are professional and use quality tools and specialized equipment to best serve our clients. Our drain rods can reach up to 18m and our high-pressure Jetting machine up to 40m which can easily go around bends. We are delighted that we were able to clear the blockage and that the client was satisfied with the services that our team provided. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a pensioner discount, which you were grateful for.
