Minus five star service

Insurance sent the drain surgeon to fix a leak. After opening the floor, accidently puncturing another water line, then leaving to fetch equipment to fix the punctured line, and finally fixing the leak they were sent out to fix....the pipe is till leaking. So I call the call center. I give the details of the joba dnthe lady informs me the office in Bellville is already closed and she will have someone call me the following morning. By 2pm, still no call or contact. So my husband calls them. They will send someone out on Monday morning. My husband asks that they call me just to confirm and arrange and he is assured that they will do that. No call. I am really surprised at the shoddy, I dont care attitude. I have had work done by them before and I was very happy. For now its a big thumbs down. If I could score negative stars for service I would. So on Monday morning when you get here Drain Surgeon, and no one is home, maybe then someone will call me to have a discussion and we can get this matter resolved.
