Kept waiting again but drain surgeon. Not the first time.

First time they came he used my *****driver. Did not tighten the tap. Then went AWOL for a number of days. Phoned out of the blue after my owner complained. Booked appointment for today 15/7 at 15h00. No one pitched. No phone calls about not pitching. Just leaving a client waiting. This is terrible service. What do you think of us as clients.

I sent an email and got this response:

Apologies for this, Will you be available tomorrow?

......as if the client must just wait for them when they are ready. We have lives. We work. Our kids go to school. They do sport!!!!!

Obviously drain surgeon people don't have lives!!!!!!! Because we must wait for them
