Is it that difficult to replace a geyser??

<p>I had to replace my geyser last week Wednesday. The service I got wasn't too bad. Friday they sent out someone to come and do a check on the installation. There were some errors with the pipes. They will send someone. On Monday I phoned to let them know that the temperature is not right and to inform them about the pipes (which they didn't know about yet) They eventually sent someone on Tuesday. They 'fixed' the temperature and the pipes. This morning we don't have any hot water. Is that really that diffucult to get a job right the first time if that is the type of work you do. Really dissapointed. Will think twice before using them again! </p>
