Incompetence and false promises of work

<p>What a thoroughly frustrating experience! I called Drain Surgeon to come and install a valve (which I specified up-front). When the plumbers first arrived, they did so without the valve, then saying that they would have to go back to get it, and could only come back tomorrow, but they would come back first thing in the mmorning! They did not. After repeated calls to the call centre and repeated promises that "They are on their way, they will be there in 30 minutes", I finally wised-up, stopped believeing them and had to cancel. And all the while, I am without water...</p> <p> </p> <p>The lying and the false promises are the absolute worst. If somebody can only come in the afternoon, then don't say that they will be there first thing in the morning or they already on their way and will be there in under "30 minutes". Disappointing, don't recommend. Suggest rather using other plumbers, as I am doing now.</p>
