I will never use drain surgeon again
they did some electrical work at guest house. installing outdoor lights. After they completed their work I had the outside area covered in Quartz Carpet (Extremely expensive). After a couple of months I needed to take some pics of the house & the lights were not working. I called them & they came out to repair the lights. I went upstairs to deal with something else & heard this banging downstairs. The electrician is chipping away at the quartz carpet to get to the lights. He chipped around 2 of the lights. I fortunately managed to stop him before he continued to chip away at the 3 others. Needles to say I complained about the issue and this fell on deaf ears. After a couple of months I eventually got in contact with Mark Pratt. the issue went on & on, eventually he told me I should get in contact with lawyers to get my money back & as far as he was concerned they chipped away at the quartz carpet with the precision of a surgeon. honestly thats what he said to me. So I told him I would and I wld put it on social media. he then went on to tell me that he would make it his goal to make sure that my company is not a company to be trusted and I had a bad financial record. what a joke.

We never did the initial installation of your lights, to date you have not managed to show us any proof of us doing that work, an invoice etc. We however did inform you that the electrician which did failed to earth it. Your quartz carpet supplier then also incorrectly installed the flooring with respect to the lighting. You were then told only the way to get these lights to work is to chop everything thing up and start again.
This is where we come in, our electrician tried to repair the lights by chipping a tiny hole the size of a 10 cent coin to gain entrance, how else could one have done it. We then hear nothing for three months.
We then get an email stating legal action unless we replace the entire 55m2 at a cost of approximately R 75 000. Apparently a repair could not be done (the supplier later told us it would have been a 15 min job).
Warren Gregg (Headquarters Group) effectively tried to make us his scapegoat to get his blotched initial installation re done (just put it through insurance).
I truly caution all potential suppliers to Warren Gregg and yes, according to our records you are a bad payer.
