Horrible
Broke our water pump while fixing a leak. Then quoted us to replace it. Has been more than a week and we now have no backup when there are water outages. Pathetic.

Please take a look at the joints on both black and blue,black plastic threaded joints clearly shows that it has been broken for a long time and on blue white threaded tape changed brown
