Great service (if you really don't need customers)

I just wanted to commend the lady who I spoke to over the phone yesterday, and sent a WhatsApp video of the issue I had with my tap. Following this, she said she would get back to me with a quote.

20 hours later, STILL WAITING FOR THAT QUOTE.
