Great service and expert technicians

<p>i phoned Drain Surgeon on Monday 17 July. Within an hour 2 technicians, Khotse and Sithole arrived at my house. They intoduced themselves in a professional manner and immediatly started attending to my issues. Along the way they spot on identified the root cause of the issue and corrected these with minimal effort whilst giving me an update and explanation lesson in plumbing as they progressed. They had absolutely no issue staying well after normal work hours and made double sure everything was fixed and working 100% before they left. They tested and retested even after I was satisfied, they managed to get the waterflow and pressure better than it had been in 8 years! It was a pleasure having these guys out to assist me and I rather enjoyed getting a lesson in plumbing and what the causes are of certain problems. They also showed me quick fixes should I encounter a similar problem again that I can try myself to determine the cause of the problem. If all the technicians of Drain Surgeon is of the same calibre, I will recommend using your comapny any day. These 2 gents are great examples of prefessional service with a smile and great attitude.
