GOING THE EXTRA MILE

much appreciation for Cathy (manager) and Charmaine and Chantelle (call centre) for going the extra mile with me. my sewerage drain was blocked on tuesday 04 Aug and I called Drain Surgeon. they send a team on tuesday night and they found it was the septick tanks. Early on wednesday morning Cathy phoned me and we make arrangements for the drainage of the tanks. all the way from Pretoria. it still was not the end of my problems. they send another team on Thursday to assist., still not the end of my problems. you can imagine that I was really upset by this time and I keep on phoning. between Chantelle and Charmaine they keep me calm and from their side they also make numerous phone calls to the branch in Johannesburg. Me and Cathy spoke early this morning (friday) and she promised me that she will make sure everything will be sorted before this afternoon. she kept her promise and her team just left my place and my problems is something of the past.. thank you everyone (the PTA team and the JHB team0 and a special thanx to CATHY, CHARMAINE and CHANTELL. i will definately refer DRAIN SURGEON to everyone. This is an excellent team and they really go the extra mile!!!
