exorbitant prices

I called Drain Surgeon to come and check on a bad smell i had in one of my bathrooms. They did not quote me a call-out fee. The guys came to my house and stayed for less than 30 minutes, they fiddled around a bit and they said they could not fix the problem because it was Friday and would come back on Monday. The office lady phoned on Monday to check if i was satisfied with what was done. I told her they said they would be back that day but the smell day gone. I then got a bill of R1 500 for the 'work' they had done. on query of this they said it was a half hour call out and that was the price.

i was appalled!!!

Another company had done a whole day job for me on digging up and replacing pipes and it came to just over R4 000.

R1 500 for 30 minutes! DISGUSTING!!!!!

i will never recommend this company to anyone.
