Excellent service, fair price!

I would just like to congratulate your company on the good service that I received this Sunday at my home.

The plumber that assisted me who’s name was William was both friendly and highly s****ed.

What I really enjoyed was that the process was easy, from the time I called the friendly person who answered “How can I make you smile” in the call center right to being able to pay with my credit card at my house.

William also took the time to clean up around him and it was not noticeable at all that any work was even done! The staff also had to be very careful because I have a prize Protea bush that was in his way but he managed to work around it causing no damage to the plant.

After the pipe was repaired the house looked as good as new. Excellent service and a fair price!
