Excellent service!

I logged my enquiry and request on their website which was answered with a message saying that they will phone me within a certain time frame. They did exactly that. I was told that the closest branch will contact me to arrange a time, and they did exactly that. They told me what time they will be at my house and they arrived on time. They took care of the problem, left the site clean and neat, gave me the invoice and left. All done and dusted on the same day and in a friendly and professional manner. This is the kind of service one expects from any service provider if they want to secure you as a client. I will definitely use them again when needed.
