Electrical fault

I had previously used this supplier and I had been very impressed with the quick and efficient service. I contacted them again regarding an electrical fault. It was explained to me that they were coming from a suburb far from me and would take about an hour. They arrived earlier than expected (Hooray #1). They assessed and found the fault within a few minutes (Hooray #2). They explained to me what had gone wrong and the probable reason for the fault (Hooray #3) They had the parts in the vehicle and were able to fit it within minutes (Hooray #4). They were able to draw up an invoice and I could settle immediately via credit card (Hooray #5). All in all a five star service. Keep it up!!
