Drainsurgeon (HA HA) Benoni

During 2022 I had the miss fortune of dealing with the drain surgeon. Our drain was busy blocking so I called the DS Benoni branch. A friendly person arrived quite quick and cleared the drain costing something like R 1200. a couple of months later the same problem occurs. same person came again and spent some time working on the cleaning of the drain. He told me that where the plumber joined a new toilet the pipe came loose and that was what caused the nonsense. He set about fixing it and eventually he claimed that it was fixed everything good just pay another R1400. the drain surgeon I believe don't believe in their own work as they only offer a stupid 7 day guarantee. Needless to say it started again in Dec, Our drain is busy blocking again. Called the Drainsurgeon and was told it must be the franchisee in Benoni that did the work and they will contact them to try and come to an agreeable solution. Still to hear from anyone. I will not make use off them again because I dont see the need to keep on paying for something that was clearly not done properly. over a thousand rand everytime they come out? Just another new South African ripoff PAY FOR A BAD JOB!!!!!!!
