Drained purse!!

I recently enlisted the help of Drain Surgeon to unblock a shower. After 3 days of back n forth and chemicals and the use of a vacuum machine, the shower is still blocked! The company sent out 2 different teams and then shocked me with a bill of R6 000. However, the shower is still blocked. Im highly disappointed with them. Paid this bill n still no improvement with the blocked drain. Still paid a further amount of R1600 for them to install a vent in the basin to assist with the water flow in the shower and that didnt help either!! *******S
