Drain Surgoen floods our landry and suddenly its our fault!

<p>a callout for a blocked external drain resulted in the plumber leaving a tap on inside our laundry. The floor was flooded and now they deny any liability despite my photos, an email and a telephone call at the time. The floor was brand new and is now rotting. Please do not use drain surgeon for any reason!! learn from my mistake!</p>
