I used the Drain Surgeons’s services on two occasions within weeks of each other - the first occasion just before the holiday season and the second occasion just after new year’s. On each occasion I found the admin staff supportive and detailed in their communication. The technical team are technically competent and professional. I have dealt with a number of contractors in 2022 and working with the Drain Surgeon was a pleasure. While their pricing may be a bit more than their competitors, I would highly recommend the Drain Surgeon for their technical competence, professionalism, and efficiency.
