Drain Surgeon - Overpriced Sloppy Service
Very upset with their aftercare service.
Two weeks ago Drain Surgeon came to unblock our drain. R1834.25 later for 15min, we thought the problem was sorted. Obviously they did a terrible job and just pushed the blockage further down the drain.
Because it has been more than a week since we noticed that the blockage is not gone... Drain Surgeon wanted to charge us another call out fee to come and fix their sloppy half done job. R1800 again?
You can take your overpriced sloppy job and shove it! Thankfully there is Best Plumbers in Sinoville/Montana area!

28 Sept 2023, 08:59Although we are one of the few plumbing companies who offer a guarantee on blocked drains, we most definitely look at each case where the blockage returns after 7 days. In this case we would definitely sent a plumbing team back free of charge. We have explained this to our new call centre agent and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
