Drain surgeon lack the s****s and expertise they boast on their adverti*****ts. I was very disappointed when I made an emergency call out on a Saturday when my water was switched off and the Body Corporate hadn't communicated to me that the geyser was leaking. Drain Surgeon came through and basically told me the geyser couldn't be fixed and needed replacing. I paid their fee and communicated this to my landlord who though it was nonsense and called Real Plumbers who fixed it on the Monday. I am less than impressed with Drain Surgeon and also their complete disregard for my concerns. If you need proper work done, I suggest you go else where.
