December 29 at 1:15pm ? <br> <br> <br> <br> Feeling utterly **********.<br> My main drain line was blocked, you were called out to unblock the line which you did on the 2/12/2015, it did not work, you were called back and came again. now today the 29/12/2015 the drain is still blocked and now you pull the 7 day guarentee on me. <br> I must now pay anothe R963 for you to come unblock a drain?<br> Clearly you are not confident in you abilities to unblock a drain so you only give a 7 day guarentee.<br> I think that everyone should be told upfront when you are called that you only give a 7 day guarentee on your work, that way we know that you are not confident in your technicians.<br> <br> I have had Roto Rooter out to unblock the drain, they cut out a plug off root longer than my foot and as thick as my forearm, proving that your technicians did not do the job right or at all.<br> <br> So in hind sight a 7day guarantee is a good thing for you, you get to rip people off faster.
