Drain Surgeon Charges for Services even after bill is settled

At the end of May 2022 I sent a whatsapp to Drain Surgeon as there was dirt coming out the drain in my court yard, I informed the person that I was no sure if my drain was blocked or if my septic tank was full. The response I got was no problem, I will send out the plumber and if its the septic tank they will drain it on the same day.

I agreed to that - on the 30 May 2022 the Septic Tank arrives first, with no confirmation that the septic tank is full - the plumber arrives there after.

The septic tank guys walks around - looks at the blocked drain and starts looking for the septic tank in my yard which we could not find - the plumber using the high pressure cleaner - cleans unblocks the drain - whilst he is doing this the septic tank guy leaves.

once the plumber was done he calls his manager to confirm what I should be charged as the septic tank did not empty the tank - after agreeing with someone on his call he billed me R1725

3 weeks later I get another bill from the Drain Surgeon for the septic tank, they did nothing - but apparently I must pay cause the very rude lady tells me they removed a full tank of sludge - I explained to her I have camera footage showing that they didnt remove any dirt from my tank and my yard has not been dug up where the tank is - I even asked her to confirm with the plumber but she refuses and bluntly tells me to pay the bill for a service I didnt receive.

Please be very careful doing business with this company, the service was great, the guys doing the work did an exceptional job but be careful on the billing.
