Drain Surgeon

Very disappointed in Drain Surgeon. Their motto is “no job too deep” but apparently ours was too deep. They even charged us an astronomical amount. Amount was paid on site with their machine, but for 3 days we received messages of amount not paid. We had to call City of Tshwane and they came with the same equipment as Drain Surgeon, and opened up our drain within 15 minutes. Will never call drain surgeon again
