Doing it right from start till end

Ok first off, I queried on Rotarooter website for a drain to be unblocked. After a week no one had responded. I then logged a query on Drain Surgeons website. They called me back in 15 minutes, confirmed my booking for the next day at 14:00 and requested payment method. Nice and smooth. Then the following day at EXACTLY 14:00 The Drain Surgeon rand the gate buzzer. They arrived in a branded vehicle and overalls. Very pro. They fixed the problem in 20 minutes with little effort. Very happy<br> <br> The only issue was that I requested to pay credit card and they were not informed of this and didn't have the credit card machine. So we ended up scrambling for cash, but managed to cover the R875. <br> <br> All in all a positive experience. Most of the times when I query on a website no one ever gets back to me. So its awsome to have someone monitoring their queries during this period.
