Damaged Property

DS arrives to fix a burst HOT water pipe, however pipe still leaked upon completion! No care is taken during repair job and some tiles are fractured during their hammering.<br> DS comes back to repair leak, cause more damage by hammering larger section - because they missed another leak - and install a PolyProp pipe on a ho****er pipe! (Not SABS compliant!)<br> DS come back again to swop pipe & NOW break my basin!<br> I refuse to pay until I have replaced basin and necessary tile damage! <br> DS not interested in my damages - they only offer to pay for new basin & installation and demand payment regardless of tiling damage before my renovations are even complete!<br> Then they demand payment of amount greater than they are due and after I make payment, they now demand outstanding balance and want payment for basin & basin installation!! Refund?<br> Their argument, regardless of the damage they caused, they have waited 8 weeks for payment and demand their money even though my bathroom repairs were not yet completed, implying that Im a bad debtor?? ***!<br> Is this how customers get bul****? <br> You damage my property and its my problem? As long as I make payment you dont give a ****?
