Clean and efficient process
The end to end experience I had from your company on the weekend was outstanding!<br> <br> I found the online booking form easy to follow and convenient.<br> I was phoned promptly to secure a booking in the timeslot that I had chosen.<br> I was told upfront what the costs would be (per hour).<br> I was notified when the plumber was on the way.<br> The plumber was professional, friendly and efficient.<br> The invoicing and payment (EFT) process was simple.<br> <br> Thank you for an excellent service. I will be recommending your company to my friends and colleagues.<br>
