Christmas with hole in ceiling and invoices every few days.

I recently had a burst geyser and Discovery Insure tasked Drain Surgeon with replacing geyser. They came and replaced geyser but cut hole in my ceiling while replacing geyser to fit it in. They where goi g to contqct insure to see what need to happen but the next thing they start billing me for the excess payment. I am not paying till they fix my ceiling they damage and between Insure and them they need to sort it out. The emails to them been answered by one person that directed us to another and this person have not come back except to mail and said he tried phoning my wife who had no miss calls. Been 3 weeks now.
