Brilliant from call centre all through to the CFO

Cannot fault The Drain Surgeon. They came out and saw immediately that it was in fact a municipality drain that was blocked, They advised i speak to the local council. The next day i received an invoice for the call out, When i queried the invoice it was immediately credited . So although no work was actually carried out , I have to rate them highly, from call centre staff all through to finance and CFO . Kathy, Estelle and Mark all extremely understanding. As long as i draw breath if i ever need a drain blocked again it is Drain surgeon i will use.
