Blocked Drain - limited pain

The horror of a blocked toilet and the feeling of rising anguish as you see that the wad of toilet paper is not going anywhere ,is one we have all experienced. Finding the right ‘toilet fixers’ that aren’t going to take 2 days to get to you at the cost of a vital organ causes another panic attack - until you spot The Drain Surgeon which is second from the top on Google search. The first option is a company based in the UK and I definitely couldn’t afford the travel requirements - so I opted for second best. They definitely were not - fast and easy access to registering my problem online and even faster confirmation by phone to ensure I am in dire straits and in genuine need of their services. I was kept up to date throughout the 4 hours it took for them to arrive and the problem was sorted out within 5 minutes. The gentleman was knowledgeable, explained what the issue was (and how to avoid it in the future) and completed the job without causing any further anxiety and the need to double the dose of my Prozac I would highly recommend The Drain Surgeon - at least I know that the problem will be dealt with within the same day and I don’t need to go to sleep with the soundtrack of Jaws (the movie) playing through my head!
