Blocked Drain!!!
I am disappointed with this company. The lady that picked up the phone yesterday at 16:00 is very rude and should be taken to a 6 months if not a full year course of customer service because there’s No way!!! Our drain has been blocked for over a week and still no plumber at our complex.
We have been communicating with Jennifer Coetzee who is our Complex Manager at 120 Dennis Road Sandton and we have been sent to pillar to Post with this company just for a plumber to come and unblock the drain.
Jennifer Coetzee has been communicating with Sasha Wood from this Company and till Today, a week later NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL!!
The service with this Company??? Yeses!!!
