Beware: Administratively incompotent
I left an email on their website stating my problem with the promise to phone me back within 15 minutes. That happened and the caller said I will be contacted with the next 10 minutes by somebody else to make an appointment. An hour later nothing happened. I phone again and the told me they have no information on my case. I contacted another provider and was helped immediately. My experience: Drain Surgeon is ineffective and administratively incompotent.

My apologies for creating an incorrect expectation as to when you would receive a second call confirming an appointment time. As per our system to following event occurred:
09/04/2024 09:38 - You completed the online booking forward
09/04/2024 09:50 - You had received a phone call and the agent had sent through all information to the dispatch agent
09/04/2024 10:18 - Your job had been logged in our system
You had requested next day service to enjoy the discount. We were trying to see how we could still assist you today and for you to still enjoy the discount. A dispatcher would have called you the minute an operative was available with a time.
09/04/2024 10:44 You called and cancelled saying that you found someone sooner.
