Bad customer support
Blocked drain. They came to open it. Cost R 2500. Same drain blocked again 3 weeks later. They say their work only guaranteed for a week. I really expected more than that. Now I'm back to square one. I'll never recommend them or use them again if this is the lever of confidence they have in their own work

08 Oct 2024, 08:33Hi Andre, as per our offices we were back at your premises for two hours yesterday and we were able to resolve your issue. Kathy did try and get hold of you this morning to arrange a possible camera inspection as the plumber has advised us that their may be an issue with your drainage system. We will continue to try and get hold of you.
