All talk no Action

Hi <br> <br> I made use of the Drain Surgeon services to replace some copper piping in my residence. <br> All was good until after the work has been completed. <br> I never received a invoice for the work completed, so I waited a few days until I received a call that I should pay the balance of the QUOTE I received. I brushed the request aside just to get another call the following day requesting the balance after which I payed. a few days later I receive a call notifying me that a Invoice will be sent. It has been more than a month later and I am still waiting for the legal document (invoice) after numerous emails and ignored phone calls. <br> <br> Surely it can't be that difficult, an Invoice should surely have been issued for TAX purposes, but this has not found a person competent enough to attach and send to the customer. <br> <br> <br>
