The Drain Surgeon Head Office has investigated the above incident and would like to report the following:
Please be assured that we have not diversified into the hair industry.
The above email was not sent by the Drain Surgeon but by an employee in her personal capacity utilising a drain surgeon email address.
At no stage was any authority given nor would have been given.
I have to be honest and need to clear the fact that the above email is clearly an unsolicited email from an individual and not The Drain Surgeon itself. To report a complaint against The Drain Surgeon itself is beyond me.
But please be assured that the appropriate action will be taken against the respective employee. I truly wish I was able to monitor the outgoing emails of over 140 employees in order to avoid the above.
