The guys from Drain Surgeon were absolutely amazing, not to mention the wonderful lady that I had on the phone, she was calm, she was efficient, and when the call died, I was in a complete panic, and she called me back, like nothing ever happened. She gave me an ETA, and the guys arrived within this time frame. They were patient, and knowledgeable, and they had such an amazing work ethic, they guided us every step of the way, to make sure we were in the know, and they always kept us up to date, on their findings, and didn't mind the constant questions we had, they answered them all. We asked them for a quote to make a permanent fix to our drains, and I received this promptly, and got a phone call from a brilliant agent, I was blown away by the service received from start to finish, and no doubt will recommend Drain Surgeon as I have continued to do for over 15 years.
