I called Drain Surgeon to urgently assist with roots in plumbing pipes. I was really impressed when the Office staff kept me informed all the time as to estimated time of arrival and then the field staff kept in regular contact regarding what they were doing and why. Super professional - all of them. Very happy with all aspects of service and have gladly adopted them as 'plumber of choice'!
