Unprofessional, unorganised and extremely rude

Very unprofessional. Had a month to month contract with them, and paid for each month. Did not receive the promised bandwith, internet would be unstable and would just be cut off for days at end without any reason only to find out that their admin has been done incorrectly, and multiple times had to resend proof of payment. Would not recommend, also very unprofessional on their telephone conversations, as well as rude. Most of the time they don't even bother to respond, or go over your account from their side. Only times they contact you is if they want to incorrectly acuse you of not paying, and do not take accountability for their faults.
