Bad service, no interest in customers

Been with then for over 2 years now, when they came out to check for signal, they sated that there are 3 towers that i could connect to, paid for the installation, team that arrived was very lazy and even wanted to install the dish on the veranda not on the roof of the house long story short as soon as there is a storm the tower i am connected too has no power and i sit without security and internet for between 8-10 hours normally happens at around 7 at nigh I log a fault but only get a response the next day after they open their offices. I have requested them on numerous occasions to move my connection to another tower but no response just once they have fixed the power outage on the tower that the connection is receiving and transmitting at your package speed.

Why they don't have power backups on the tower I don't know. Speed late afternoon is also very bad and I have had to install a second service provider as a backup so what am i paying for? I will be canceling this service with them as they have had enough time and requests to fix the problem but are not interested.
