Bad receptionist at Dr Nicholas H Bernard - Paarl

I called at 7:30 spoke to Nadia asking if theres a dr available to assit me immediately as my daughters fever was 40 and she kept vomiting. The receptionist said yes I should bring her in. Got there 5 mins later and advised that I called. Immediately she had an attitude and said oh she don't know now will have to see of a dr is willing to help me. She did not even as a dr just drank her coffee finish and then sumbitted my file. I had to wait for hours to get assistance. She could've just said no and i couldve gone to another dr intead of my daughter just getting sicker and sicker while waiting to get assisted because of an very unprofessional receptionist not caring about the patients.
