Unhappy customer: Mushroom farm Intercare Dentist
I am honestly very disappointed with the way things are being handled at this practice. I have already paid close to R4,000 for what was a relatively minor procedure, and I am now being expected to pay an additional bill for work that, in my view, should have been covered as part of my initial consultation. I returned to the doctor because the filling that was done during my initial consultation was not properly completed and needed to be fixed. I therefore do not understand why I am now being charged again for correcting work that was not properly done in the first place. I believe this matter needs to be reviewed, as it is unreasonable for a patient to incur another expense to rectify an issue arising from the original treatment. I would appreciate an explanation of the additional charge and why this was not covered under the initial consultation/procedure. I would also appreciate the matter being reconsidered before I am expected to settle another bill.
