Terrible customer service and bad attitude

I took my 3 kids for consultation on Friday the 02/08/2024 doctor Nadine then booked them off only for 1 day the 02/08/2024. My kids are asthmatic and got worse by day and only got better on the 06/08/2024 I went to the doctor to request an extension of their sick days to the 06/08/2024 the doctor gave me attitude and refused to assist the conversation lasted 1 sec she said I must pay cash for the letter if I don't have the money she can't help this was Doctor Masemola. Her attitude and service is abserb. I never treated with so much disrespect in my life
