Terrible service
Hi my name is Sibongile,I am so disappointed with the service I got this morning. After seeing the doctor I waited to get medication gave my file as usual to one of the dispensary ladies. I noticed that other patients were leaving their files there and being called to collect their medication within 5 minutes of them handing in their files. 5 or 6 patients were in and out while I was still sitting waiting for my name to be called. I then decided to ask what was happening. The lady I gave my file too had the odesity to ask me " sis iphi file" I responded by telling her that I gave her my file. She started looking around with the other 2 ladies that she was having a fat chat with while I was waiting outside. They eventually found my file,no apology until Dr Matebula overheard the conversation. He immediately apologized and they just kept quite. I was given my medication after 20 minutes of waiting. Almost given another's patients letter in an envelope. This alone is breach of privacy. Someone's Information was given to me because people working at the dispensary are not vigilant,don't care about patient experience. I say this because this is not the first time that this is happening. I know I am just one person complaining and this won't be looked into but I have been a patient ka Dr Matebula for over 5 years, I have always kept quite about the sickening service I have received before but today was the last straw. Patients are not there to visit and sit in the waiting area. We come there because we are sick and need medical assistance. Thank you to Dr Matebula trying to control the situation. I will be changing my doctor because of the service from the people hired there.
