Horrible Service

On the 11th of February 2023, I took my daughter Khayelihle Akani Mavimbela to Dr Mathebula the reception was great all the ladies were welcoming. I was then called in shortly by the doctor which I forgot name but he was wearing a gold band on his left finger and a puma jacket if I'm not mistaken he introduced him self then after he asked the reason for our visit I explained to him that my daughter had wartz but my main concern is the one inside her eye cz it seems like it's affecting her eye and that shes been coughing soon after that he explained to me that he will be using a needle to s**** it off and asked if I'm ok with that but as soon as my daughter saw the needle she was crying and ddnt want to be touched I figured that he was losing patient with my lil one he even asked me if I repremand her cz the way shes acting it seems like I don't shout at her Im not sure why he wanted me to shout at my already scared and crying baby soon after he asked me to hold the baby again but she couldn't take it she screamed and said shes scared of the needle he then told me he is the only one doing that even if we can come back Monday we will find him and told me that he once worked with a certain doctor from the eastrand who used to call the nurses to hold the baby while he scaps the wartz he asked me if he can also do that to my baby told him that I wont feel comfortable hearing her screaming and what if the needle goes inside the eye while they all holding my baby cause she will be moving and the eye is very sensitive I started to get worried as I saw his face changing towards my daughter he even touched her rough and said he will have to act like a father now not a doctor I could already see that he is angry I also got a little frightened as I don't expect that from the doctoer I always find great doctors who are very patient with my daughter but the experience I had this past Sat was horrible it gave my baby nighamares cz she kept on telling me that she doesn't want to ever see that horrible doctor and worse she reminds me everyday of how angry the doctor was towards her ddnt even realise that my baby noticed that too he said ok let me close the file seeing that there's nothing to write forgetting that I mentioned that my baby is coughing as well he then checked the chest and told me that she will get an injection and uzokhalela into ekhona.I'm really disappointed at the bad service we received as I only trust the Mathebula and partners for my daughter's medical care.
